We hope you love your Harper Phinn jewelry, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Exchanges
Unused or defective jewelry may be exchanged within 15 days of delivery.
To begin an exchange, email us at support@harperphinn.com. Please include your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.

Customers are responsible for unused return shipping costs.

Repairs
We stand behind the quality of our pieces. Jewelry may be repaired free of charge for 6 months from the date of receipt. After 6 months, a small repair fee may apply.

To start a repair request, please email support@harperphinn.com with a description of the issue and a photo if possible.
